I spent my childhood reading antique fairy tale books, writing and illustrating my own stories, and making dolls and puppets. These passions have sustained me and continued throughout my life in the form of narrative oil paintings, illustrated books, graphic novels, and handcrafted art dolls and puppets.
Some of the most enjoyable work I have done is teaching puppetmaking, dollmaking and illustration to children and adults in schools and institutions.
